Michaela Tiana Moulden was born on April 30, 2002, to Crystal Cranford Moulden and LeMichael Moulden. She passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on February 22, 2026.
Born three months premature and weighing less than two pounds, Michaela demonstrated from the very beginning that she was a fighter. Her strength and determination defined her life. Following the footsteps of her brother, LeMichael Jr. and Uncle Robert Roebuck, she took up boxing and was one of a few female boxers in the Southeast, embodying courage, resilience, and perseverance.
Baptized at a very young age, Michaela was a member of McDonald Drive Church of Christ. A graduate of Austin-East High School, Michaela had a deep appreciation for all genres of music. She possessed a remarkable gift for writing poetry and drawing, and she found joy in cooking. She was soft-spoken yet outspoken, fearless, and willing to take risks. Michaela lived boldly and loved deeply. Her warmth, strength, and compassionate spirit touched all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her mother, Crystal Cranford; her father, LeMichael Moulden; her sister, Amara Cranford; her brothers, LeMichael Moulden Jr., LeMarkus Moulden, and Amanti Moulden; her grandparents, Pauline Cranford, Yolanda Roebuck (Bam), and Fate Moulden; her devoted aunts and uncles, Tiana Cranford, Allison Swaray, Kenyata Harrington, Dante Cranford, and Andre Harper; family friend and boxing coach, Judge Hill; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Michaela’s life, though far too short, will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
